At after school family club ‘Hide & Seek’ along with disco dancing, playing lego, piggy back rides and general spinning around till we might fall over have become mainstays on our Wednesday evenings together at school and we all go home feeling tired but like we’ve had the most wonderful time, because truly, we have!

These sessions are suitable for children (7-13 yrs) and their carers. All participants can engage on a level which promotes wellbeing and enjoyment. We believe that all can develop and progress in their own unique way; by feeling safe and comfortable in the experience; gaining deeper understanding of the benefits of mindful movement, play and nature connection.

Families came out to the edible courtyard space behind the cafe that Kate established there, and we were shown by Kate how to Sow and Grow edible microgreens using the kits that her company Sow Fresh sell to inspire people to grow this incredibly diverse and nutritious food at home. They are super quick and super easy to grow, add lots of flavour and extra health benefits to our food at home.
