Offering fun, innovative and engaging methods which combine Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Play-based therapy and Coaching, teaching children and parents how to overcome negative thought patterns and behaviours. annette cashell - Nutritious Movement Certified RES and Social Entrepreneur

Annette created the MOVEMENT MONTH program to add bouts of natural movement (not exercise!) into the everyday life of primary schools as seamlessly as possible. Developed and tested for primary schools in Ireland, it can  be adapted to any primary school, anywhere. The program not only educates on natural movement but it provides a framework for step-by-step implementation so that the changes actually take place!

The program is fun, simple, requires minimal equipment, is not disruptive to class and enhances learning and improves physical/mental well-being. More importantly, the changes made LIVE ON in the school long after they are implemented. That means maximum impact with minimum input!

elena noseda - Biophilia Project Founder

Elena is a qualified Open Awards Level 3 Forest School Practitioner and Outdoor Learning Facilitator. She founded Biophilia Project because of her strong belief that childhood is a truly magic period that should be nurtured in the most powerful and rich environment: nature.

She believes that time spent in outdoor green spaces is among the most significant way to support healthy and holistic development.

Many studies suggest that in modern times our children have fewer opportunities to play outside and connect with nature and my goal is to create awareness and give them back the same freedom and golden time granted to the previous generations.

In 2017 Elena launched “Explore and Play” a child-led play session that wants to encourage children and their families to spend time outdoors and to enjoy a slow and unstructured time in nature. The session takes place in proximity to schools and the motto is “Let them play their own way”.

The IMM is a no pain, no strain strategy to movement that allows the body to release stress and tension from the body and replace it with a calm nervous system and efficient movement patterns. Pain and discomfort, often stuck in the body for many years, can often disappear. The IMM is endorsed by doctors and physiotherapists and has helped hundreds of people.

shaun brooking - movement coach

Shaun has worked in the movement space for over a decade. He is a movement coach helping busy professionals and athletes with performance blocks, people locked in chronic pain and tension and individuals who are feeling stuck or disconnected from their body. With an honours degree in Sport and Exercise Science and a post graduate degree in Human Performance. He went on a deeper journey into biomechanics, neuroscience and the relationship between mindset and physical performance. He now combines his professional expertise with his personal experience, to offer clients sustainable solutions in an embodied approach to movement, the body and consciousness.  Shaun has a deep belief that our relationship to ourselves, nature and good quality movement, are key to living and thriving in the modern age.
